2018 Studio Holiday Mini Sessions Info
Getting to the Studio
Spring City Mill Studios
20 E. Bridge Street, Spring City, PA 19475
Studio #208 (2nd Floor)
Please park in the lot next to the building. Please be aware that on Saturday the other artists in the building are hosting a Holiday Open Studio Tour (please stay and check it out) so parking may be a bit tight in the afternoon. If the lot is full, there is also parking across the street by the Spring City Diner.
Enter the building from the parking lot entrance on the side. Turn right and go through the gray door. Take the steps to the 2nd floor and go through the door by the elevator. I am down the hall on the left-hand side.
Arrive Early if Possible
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to give yourself plenty of time for last minute issues that may arise. Have your kids dressed and ready to smile! Mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back and any amount of time that you're late will directly impact the length of your session and number of images you may receive. Please wait in the hallway outside my studio (you can still peek in) if you are more than 5 minutes early and wait to be greeted by my assistant.
What to Wear
Colorful holiday pajamas are, of course, encouraged but the set would just as easily work well with a traditional or holiday outfit. I do ask that you avoid any stark white clothing as it may blend with the bed. Creams and other neutrals are fine.
The Set-up and Props
The set is a white bed with a white comforter, snow covered trees, a red wreath and holiday colored pillows. Props available for use will include, a blanket to get cozy in, cookies and milk (fake), hot cocoa mugs (empty), Christmas books, golden star, and a Christmas quote board. Please feel free to bring along anything with special meaning to you that you would like to include.
All portraits will be placed in an online, password protected gallery. Please allow about two weeks (may be less) for the photos to be edited & uploaded to your private gallery. Photos will be downloadable directly from the website. I will send you an email containing your private gallery link & password.
Helpful Printing Information
I recommend the use of a Professional Printing lab to process all of your prints. Places such as Walmart & Costco are not 'professional' labs, therefore I cannot guarantee that the images will be printed as they appear online.
